Ah, the old "I’ll just breathe when I’m stressed" routine. Funny how we often wait for the chaos before doing something about it, isn’t it?

Ah, human nature. We respond faster to what’s already uncomfortable than to something we have to anticipate. The irony is that the calm moments are when you actually have the most leverage.

Most of the time, we think we need to be on high alert to make progress, but those calm moments are where the real magic happens. It’s like we’ve forgotten how to just sit and strategise for a bit.

Exactly. High alert feels like forward motion, but it’s not a great state for actually building anything. Calm is where things start to stick.
