Great article Candice this summarises my internal dialogue around this currently - thank you. Please read my latest article “I am here. Where are you ?” if you like it please subscribe
Hi there Candice, I started with short focused regular meditative points in my day, moving towards breath work. I run twice a day, so I find my meditation and breathing in this exercise that I do.
Cool. I'm actually the opposite - I find breathwork easier than meditation since it gives me something to hang my attention on. And I enjoy running but haven't been doing it outside the gym... but now you've got me thinking about it!
You know what clicked recently? I was listening to Tony Robbins, who said that when he runs, he finds a meditative state. I realized that all these years, I have been doing exactly that too.

Wow, that's great. That can happen for me, but not always. My mind is pretty active when I run, so I usually use it as thinking time.
