Subscribe If You Breathe
I discovered breathwork the hard way: sick in bed on vacation.
Desperate to keep my mind occupied, I was doing a lot of guided meditations and kept returning to the ones that had a breathwork element to them.
After exploring further when I got back, I loved how great I felt by adding just a little breathwork to my day. This stuff was magic!
I got certified as a breathwork coach so I could share the power of this incredible practice with other people. It still blows my mind that we have access to this free, plentiful, self-renewing resource at every moment of our lives.
And yet…
So many people don’t know how to breathe to their advantage.
If you’re trying to sleep – there are breathing techniques that can help with that... but if you’re getting ready for a big client presentation, a completely different kind of technique will give you an edge there.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious while you’re waiting at the doctor’s office.
Or summoning the patience to balance your kids’ various dietary preferences with your elderly parents’ food restrictions.
Being chased by the mob? (Why are you reading this? RUN!)
There are ways to tune your breathing to help in any circumstance. A Breath Well Taken will help you discover the power of your own breath and help you use it to make your life better every day.
